efforts in Community Development are also focused on developing
relationships. We are working closely with Neighborhood
Housing Services of Chicago, the Mid Valley Neighborhood
Improvement Association of St. Charles, the Community Investment
Corporation and the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association.
Through our joint efforts we are able to help provide housing,
financing, and knowledge and expertise where this assistance
is most needed.

In addition, we take our responsibility
to an individual level.  We
have continuous education programs stressing the importance
of community involvement, and our employees are active and
responsible in their communities, providing hands-on commitment
by serving on numerous non-profit Boards and committees.
